They followed up his arrival with the signing of Romeo Lavia from Southampton, beating Liverpool to both players in the process.

However, his value pales in comparison to the fee Chelsea paid for him, with the Blues forking out 3.5 times more money than he is actually worth.
Caicedo is the ninth most valuable player in the current Chelsea squad, as per his xTV. Enzo Fernandez is the most valuable Blues star – his xTV stands at €81.1m.
