The 30-year-old spent last season on loan at Sevilla and won the Europa League with the La Liga club, featuring against his parent club as they knocked out United in the quarter-finals.
But he has now sealed a move to Saudi Arabia, where he will link up with former United forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
Telles joined United from Porto in a deal worth up to ÂŁ15.3m ($19.9m) in October 2020.
The full-back, who has 12 caps for Brazil, made 50 appearances for United, scoring his only goal for the club in a 2-1 Champions League victory over Villarreal in the 2021-22 season.
United thanked Telles for his “contributions to the club over the last three years”.
