Record Breaking Ex-Chelsea Player, Emerson Becomes 1st In History To Win All 5 UEFA Cups—Former Chelsea left-back Emerson Palmieri became the first player in football history to win all five UEFA competitions on Wednesday.
Palmieri achieved the feat after winning the Europa Conference League with West Ham United on Wednesday night in Prague.
West Ham defeated Fiorentina 2-1 in the final to win their first major European trophy since 1965.
Despite Fiorentina dominating possession with 68% of the ball and having more shots than West Ham (17 to 8), it was the Hammers that struck first.

However, Jarrod Bowen brilliantly scored the winner in the 89th minute to secure the trophy for David Moyes’ men.
Palmieri, who played all 90 minutes of the match, won the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Champions League in 2019 and 2021, respectively. He also won the UEFA Super Cup in 2021 during his time at Chelsea.
The fifth UEFA trophy Palmieri managed to lift was the UEFA European Championship for Italy in 2021.
