SEE DOCUMENTS!!! LIRS Slams Iyabo Ojo With N18 Million Tax—-Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has been slammed with N18 million tax by the Lagos Inland Revenue Service (LIRS).

The LIRS stated that the actress had an outstanding of about N11 million already in the past year.

You would recall that Iyabo Ojo among other Nollywood actors had earlier announced on social media the worth of their dresses to the just concluded Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Award (AMVCA) in Lagos where the actress pegged hers at a whopping N37.5 million.

In a letter issued by the LIRS and seen by ENigeria Newspaper, the actress was asked to pay the sum mentioned within seven days of receipt of the letter. The actress was expressly told that failure to comply with the directive of the tax office would attract addition to the tax due impose penalty and interest as provided for in sections 76 & 77 of the referenced Act.

Also, the Lagos state tax regulator pointed out that any attempt at false declaration is an offense punishable on conviction to a fine, imprisonment or both as stipulated in section 97 of the referenced at.
