#Jorginho Hail #Arsenal For Beating #Chelsea At Stamford Bridge—Arsenal’s new signing, Jorginho has given a reason he was not surprised the Gunners defeated Chelsea 1-0 in a Premier League London derby at Stamford Bridge this season.

Chelsea lost at home to Arsenal last November following a second-half goal from Gabriel Magalhaes.

However, Jorginho, who left Chelsea for Arsenal on transfer deadline day on Tuesday night, said he was not surprised Mikel Arteta’s side defeated the Blues because the North London outfit had been brilliant even before the encounter.

According to the Italy international, Arsenal, who currently sits on top of the Premier League table with five points ahead of second-position Manchester City, also gave Chelsea a hard time during both sides’ pre-season friendly tie.

The 31-year-old, who spoke after singing for Arsenal on Tuesday, said: “It was tough [facing Arsenal at Stamford Bridge]. It was a hard time! Even in pre-season, we had a friendly match, and I could feel and see that Arsenal would do very well this season.

“So, when we faced each other again at Stamford Bridge, it was not a surprise for me at all.”#
