BREAKING: #Tinubu Allegedly Dumps Sanwo-Olu Picks Mustapha Olorunfemi For 2023 [PHOTO]—-Jagaban Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the superman of Lagos politics has advised Governor Babajide Sanwoolu to drop his ambition to run for a second term in office and this is authoritative.

According to ENigeria Newspaper, strong indications have emerged that Governor Sanwo-Olu has been dumped for Mustapha Olorunfemi ahead of 2023 Elections.

Per the grapevine, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the most powerful man in Lagos politics, has hand-picked another candidate in the person of Mustapha Olorunfemi for the 2023 elections.

After witnessing firsthand the political fate of his predecessor, Akinwunmi Ambode, Sanwo-Olu, who has been apparently playing the loyalty card to Tinubu, “may have been taught the hard lesson of politics after all”, according to a source who spoke to .

Only a few days ago, Sanwo-Olu allegedly sponsored a media report indicating an endorsement by the Governance Advisory Council (GAC) in what was seen as a desperate move aimed at blackmailing Tinubu into supporting him to secure his second term in office, but the recent event has only proven the bragadozier to be share lies.

Regardless of his ‘schemes’, the governor was reportedly told on multiple occasions to shelve his second term idea, despite the fact that he believed he could persuade his boss over time, but he refused and pursued his ambition vigorously.
“There was never a second term deal between Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu; he was just playing smart,” an insider source stated. “Politics, like school, teaches us the hard way sometimes.”

Sanwo-biggest Olu’s concern right now is dealing with the humiliation of having to persuade Lagosians and his followers that he will not run after tickling them, and that the purportedly agreed-upon strategy has fallen apart.

Governor Sanwo-Olu is said to be debating whether to fight Tinubu like his predecessor Ambode or bow and eat humble pie, however gathered that the anointed candidate who is likely to succeed him is none other than Mustapha Olorunfemi.

If the governor decides to play dirty, who knows he could emerge victorious, after all destinies are different, but Lagos politics 101 states that Asiwaju’s option is the only option.

Meanwhile, Mustapha Olorunfemi is a former permanent secretary and seasoned civil servant from the Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology.

If elected governor in 2023, he will bring a plethora of civil service expertise to bear.
