BREAKING: Rotimi Amaechi Finally Speaks On Contesting For 2023 Presidency—Former Governor of Rivers State and Nigeria’s Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi has denied reports of harbouring a presidential ambition in 2023.
Amaechi, in an interview on Arise TV on Friday openly stated that he will not be contesting for President.

His statements are coming a day before the Party’s National Convention scheduled for Saturday. It’s currently holding at the Eagles Square in Abuja. He admonished those who would like him to contest to give him the money required to carry out the task.
“The people that want me to run for the presidency in 2023 should just give me the money”. He said.
