BREAKING: #Anambra Agog As #Soludo Sworn In As Fifth Democratically Elected Governor [PHOTOS]—-Past Central Bank of Nigeria governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, has been sworn-in as the fifth democratically elected governor of Anambra State.
The Genius Media Nigeria reports that Soludo, a former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), won the November 6, 2021 governorship election on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). He defeated his closest rivals from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC), Valentine Ozigbo and Emmanuel Nnamdi Uba, respectively.
Although Soludo said the event will be low-key, the venue of the inauguration was a hive of activities as guests.
The atmosphere looked bright as the red carpet covered much of the inauguration ground.
