Read Angelique Kidjo’s Reaction As Burna Boy Win Grammy Awards—-Beninese-American music icon Angelique Kidjo has congratulated Nigeria’s Burna Boy for winning the 2021 Grammy for Best Global Music Album.
The Genius Media Nigeria reports that the 60-year-old posted her congratulations on Instagram on Sunday, shortly after the 29-old-was announced winner.
“Congratulations on your well-deserved Grammy,” Kidjo wrote along with a picture of the two of them taken last year.
