Moment Governor Obaseki’s Aide-de-Camp Collapses At His 2nd Term Inauguration Ceremony [Video]—–The swearing in ceremony of Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki and his deputy took a U-turn when one of his paramilitary officer collapse.

The governor’s 2nd term inauguration was held on Thursday at the Tennis Court of the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium , Benin City, the state capital.
