BREAKING: Super Eagles Defender, Ola Aina Back To Premier League—Former Torino star and Super Eagles defender, Ola Aina is back to the EPL.
The Genius Media Nigeria report that Aina has put pen to paper on a season-long loan deal with the newly-promoted outfit, Fulham football club from Serie A side, Torino.
The 23-year-old’s return means he will face his former club, Chelsea, where it all began for him as a young lad, coming through the ranks, winning two FA Youth Cups – including the 2014 Final against Fulham – before going on to make just six appearances for the first team in the 2016/17 season.
Aina would spend the next two seasons on loan, first at Hull City before moving to Torino who signed him permanently in 2019 and he went on to feature 32 times in the Serie A with two assists to his name.
He has represented Nigeria’s Super Eagles 14 times, and was part of the Eagles team that finished third at last year’s Africa Cup of Nations.
