Popular food shopper, widely known as Aunty Esther, has passed away.
Her death was confirmed on Saturday by her caregiver, Aunty Muse, in a post shared on X.
Aunty Esther, who was widely known for helping clients shop for food items and household supplies, had been battling breast cancer before her death.
She passes on weeks after declining blood transfusion to begin chemotherapy for breast cancer due to religious belief as a Jehovah witness.
Kind-hearted users on the app contributed over #30,000,000 for her to begin treatment and all was going well until blood transfusion was needed.
