Orji Uzor Says Tinubu Has Shown Leadership And Fatherly Concern Amid Ongoing Killings in Nigeria [VIDEO]
Former Abia State Governor and serving senator, Orji Uzor Kalu, has defended the Federal Government’s handling of the rising wave of killings across the country, insisting that Bola Tinubu is taking decisive steps to address the crisis.
Kalu said tinubu’s recent decision to cancel a scheduled trip in order to convene an emergency meeting with security operatives showed that Tinubu “truly has Nigeria at heart.”
He added that even the Taraba State Governor, who was expected to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the same day, called off the event—an action he suggested reflected the seriousness of the moment.
Responding to questions about whether the government was doing enough to stop the ongoing killings, Kalu maintained that these actions demonstrated commitment and urgency in tackling the security situation.
