The Genius Media Nigeria reports that the last 72 hours have pushed the marital squabbles between Regina Daniels and her husband, Ned Nwoko into frightening dimensions.

Among other things, the Nollywood actress made a video in the early hours of today, November 5, 2025.

In the video, she stated: My family is in tumour. It is crazy.
My family is fighting. Everything is fighting for me. My mother, brothers are fighting for me.
I am going to fight for my children, Ned.

I try to be calm. I try to let go. I will train them, I will raise them with or without your support, you know, ex husband.
Guys top insulting my mum,” she cautioned.

Besides, Regina Daniels has accused her husband, Ned Nwoko, of orchestrating the arrest of her family members amid an ongoing marital dispute that has drawn widespread attention on social media.

The controversy escalated after a video of the 25 year old actress crying went viral, where she accused her husband of domestic violence. Nwoko later denied the allegations, claiming that Daniels was struggling with “drug and alcohol abuse.”

In an Instagram post on Monday, the actress alleged that her “big brother and big sister” had been arrested and that her “baby sister might be arrested soon.” She also claimed that the arrests were being used as leverage to force her to “return to rehab.”

“Someone pls help me! I feel like I’m losing my mind. I never thought I would do this but my big brother and big sister have been arrested, my baby sister might be arrested soon as well until I return and, according to him, return to rehab,” she wrote.

“Don’t even get me started on telling the world what you did to me with your stupid rehab talk! You said I’m a drug addict, me I use am rob body sir! What other name can you call me?

A prostitute? But I will speak on that one day and tell the world of your involvement with everything!”
In a follow up post on her Instagram Story, Daniels added:

“I’m trying, I’m really trying to be the bigger person by not saying or doing anything whereas I’m still young, petty and immature!

So I can act like a 24 year old and speak my pain! Leave my family alone, Ned! And leave me alone too! It is obvious it’s war! And a big shame that the beautiful but short legacy we built is about to be ridiculed by the whole world.”

The actress also alleged that her brother was beaten during the arrest, questioning the actions of the Nigerian police.

“Imagine the Nigerian police beating up my brother like a criminal. What exactly was the violent arrest for? Ned, you have power, connections and money right? Wild for you to think I have none,” she added.

There are reports that the detained siblings are being held at Ogombo Police Station in Lekki, Lagos.
Meanwhile, Rita Daniels, Regina’s mother, has publicly accused Nwoko of exploiting her daughter’s fame and finances.

In a separate statement, she alleged that Regina gave her husband $50,000 (₦77.5 million) to fund his election campaign and staged a protest demanding the release of her detained children.

“Ned Nwoko used Regina’s high start to boost his fallen star. Regina gave Ned $50,000 for his campaign. Ned, which money do you have? Regina is covering you, the same way you went up you will come down,” Rita Daniels said during the protest.
