BREAKING: Daniel Amokachi Resigns As Head Coach
Former Super Eagles star, Daniel Amokachi, has resigned as Technical Adviser of struggling Nigeria Premier Football League side, Lobi Stars.
The Genius Media Nigeria reports that Amokachi left the team at the bottom of the table with 22 points from 24 matches.
Following his resignation, Lobi stars’ Assistant Coach and ex captain, Tar Akombo, will be in charge of the team during Wednesday’s crucial NPFL clash away to Shooting Stars in Ibadan.
Blueprint recalls that Amokachi announced his resignation in December, 2024 before staging a surprised come back few days later.
