In a viral video, the two dogs were seen mauling the estate security to death.
According to reports, the owner reportedly left his gate open and allowed the dangerous dogs to move out of his compound and thereafter, causing unrest in the state.
The PPRO of Lagos command, Ben Hundeyin confirmed that the owner of the dogs has been arrested.
