BREAKING: Chelsea Signs £54million Pedro Neto From Wolves?—-Chelsea have agreed to a £54 million deal with Wolves to sign Pedro Neto.
According to The Athletic, the agreement was finalized early on Friday.

The Blues proposed to make an initial payment of £51.4 million plus a further £2.6 million (€3 million) in add-ons and Pedro Neto is currently believed to be going to London for a medical.
Neto was previously onnected to Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool, and Tottenham.
However, Chelsea jumped ahead of its Premier League opponents and will include the Portugal forward in their attack.
