The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa, has been honoured by the Igbogbo community for his exemplary service to the State.
Dr. Obasa was honoured by His Royal Highness, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali and the community at an event held held on Saturday to commemorate the Igbogbo Day celebration.
The celebration brings indigenes and residents of Igbogbo together and further provides an opportunity for the development of the town.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Obasa commended the people of the community for their unity, dedication and commitment to development.
He assured them that the House of Assembly would continue to produce results that favour residents of Lagos.
