Watch Alleged Viral Video of Actor Hanks Anuku Looking Mentally Unstable -A video has surfaced online in which a man believed to be Hanks Anuku, the ace Nollywood actor, is seen roaming the streets in tattered clothes.
In the disturbing footage, the man, who bears the same physical appearance with the film star, is seen looking unkempt and haggard on the streets of Benin.
The man is also seen talking to himself in public.
While it remains to be seen if Anuku is actually the one in the video and if it is from a movie set, the footage has attracted a lot of reactions on social media platforms, with many users voicing their concerns.
Reacting to the concerns via her Instagram story, Shan George said Anuku is not insane as widely feared.
The actress added that they were both on a movie set “three days ago”.
“Nothing dey do Hanks o. We dey same set. This pix is three days ago,” she wrote alongside a picture of the pair.
Anuku has established a name for himself as one of the prominent actors in the Nigerian movie industry.
Although his career dates back to the early 2000s, he gained popularity in 2001 for his role in the movie ‘Broad Daylight’.
Other titles for which Anuku is known are ‘Bitter Honey’ (2005), ‘The Captor’ (2006), ‘Men on Hard Way’ (2007), ‘Fools on the Run’ (2007), ‘Desperate Ambition’ (2006), ‘Wanted Alive’, and ‘Rambo’.
