Rep. Akande-Sadipe, rejoiced with the British lawmaker and her family on the recognition and wished her the best in her new office.

She also expressed hope that Badenoch’s antecedents in government and international relations would strengthen Britain and Nigeria’s trade relations.

The Chairman, House Committee on Diaspora, also congratulated United Kingdom’s new Prime Minister, Liz Truss, wishing her the best in her endeavours.
