Man Arraigned for N4.2m Land Fraud in Kaduna [PHOTOS]—The Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 arraigned one Bello Rabah before Justice M.T.M Aliyu of the Kaduna State High Court, Kaduna for obtaining money by false pretence.

Trouble started for Bello, when one Bashir Bala alleged that on 21st November, 2018, he bought two plots of land located at Access Road, Sabon Gida, Danbushia, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State in the sum of Four Million, Two Hundred Thousand Naira ( N4,200,000.00) from the defendant but later discovered that the land does not belong to him. He subsequently asked for a refund but the defendant offered to give him another land which, again, did not belong to him
