The findings of the Lagos #Endsars Panel are damning. It established the fact that the army led by Lt Col Bello was at Lekki Gate on the night of the massacre. The Panel finds that live rounds were shot directly at protesters resulting in “mass casualty”

•Prosecution of officers involved in murder/brutality of armless citizens

•Compensation/justice for victims

•An unreserved apology by the government.

I love how the Lagos #EndSARS panel deliberately differentiated the actual protest 8th-20th October 2020 from the the army and police-induced, miscreants-led rioting and lootings that happened after 20-10-2020 in its report.
