BREAKING: CBN Deactivates Virtual Accounts Days After Shutting Down Cryptocurrency—The Central Bank Of Nigeria has deactivated virtual accounts just few days after cryptocurrency exchange bank accounts were shut down in the country.

The Genius Media Nigeria reports that people were shocked to find out that the most popular virtual account, Providus has been deactivated.

in the wake of that Providus Bank reached out to its customers on Sunday to announce that the services were unavailable. No reason was given.
