The Genius Media Nigeria reports that the Silhouette Challenge is the new ‘tik tok’ challenge were users post a Silhouette photo of themselves (mostly nude photo), where they appear like a shadow in a red background. Many celebrities have taken part in this challenge which seems to be the number one trend on the ‘tik tok’ app right now.

The trend is so viral that it is said that some persons are actually looking for an app to remove the red background so they can see the actual nude of these people. Well, this is a story for another day.
A lady who was taken by this trend decided to partake in it when an unfortunate incident happened to her. A video showed the lady climbing onto her bed to assume a pose after setting her camera rolling. But as she lift her hands up, unbeknownst to her that a high speed ceiling fan was right above her head, the ceiling fan struck her hand leaving a cut and putting an instant stop to her challenge.
