MNBI Petitions Femi Falana Before ICC Over #EndSARS Protest—–Joseph Nwaegbu, Esq. a Senior Associate of Pathfind Attorneys on behalf of Make Nigeria Better Initiative (MNBI) on the 3th of November 2020 made a petition against Nigeria’s Human rights activist, Femi Falana.

The lawyer dragged Falana to the International Criminal Court (ICC) by an organisation for participation in the recent #EndSARS protest and inciting the violence and deaths that was the aftermath.

Addressed to the desk of Madame Fatou Bensouda, the Prosecutor, International Criminal Court (ICC), the group demand that he pay $2b over incitement of the #EndSARS crisis that led to the deaths of many Nigerians.

Falana was also accused of maintaining an antagonistic posture against Nigeria’s security forces, especially the military ever since the country returned to democracy, further stated that the role he played in the protest was not only ignoble but criminal.

The Genius Media recalls that the petition is coming after the human rights activist announced that he and other lawyers are compiling evidence to ensure the trial of the Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai before the ICC.
