BREAKING: Again, Otedola Bridge On Fire As Tanker Explodes––Yet another explosion has occurred on the notorious Otedola Bridge, located at Lagos-Ibadan expressway at about 2am on Saturday.
LASTMA who responded to the distress call reported that a 40-ft containerized trailer laden with fabric had a brake failure while on motion rammed into a fuel tanker laden with 33,000litres PMS at Otedola bridge inwards Ojodu-Berger leading to the outbreak.
The incident has been proactively managed by all emergency agencies,still the number of casualties as at press time is uncertain.
As a result of the reported fire outbreak, traffic was dragged backward on Ojota bridge for those coming inward Berger, it has also affected movement from Mobil filling station on Agidingbi road, same as County hospital on Ogunusi road inward Berger.
