The Genius Media recalls that for days now, Nigerians have been protesting the continued human right abuse by police officers in the country, as they call for a total reform of the law enforcement agency.
The man dressed as a traditional herbalist, locally known as Babalawo was seen chanting that the newly formed SWAT unit of the police force to come to an end ‘in Jesus name’, a popular phrase by Christians across the globe.
This must be a symbolic sign that the protest cut across religious ties, as youths across the country unite to end the continued human right abuse by officers of the Nigeria Police Force.
