VP OSINBAJO: Why Am Furious With SARS – #EndSARS—The deadly violence, criminal acts and corruption linked with the Special anti-robbery squad has made Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo.

Yemi Osinbajo’s made the statement came after nationwide outcry from citizens called for immediate dissolution of the police squad.

The unit has been blamed for killing, extortion, robbing and blackmailing of innocent Nigerians across various parts of the country.

In a tweet from his spokesman Laolu Akande, the VP said he and president Muhammad Buhari were concerned about the danger SARS constitute in the country.
He said:
“I am very angry about what I see happening to young men and women who are arrested, in some cases maimed or killed by men of the police force.”
