In a recent interview, Nollywood Queen Diva, Genevieve Nnaji has finally revealed why she is still single.
Africa Movie Academy Award winner and mother of one said the fear of divorce is the main factor she doesn’t want to rush into marriage, despite her biological clock ticking.
The actress went further by saying she was born and brought up in a Catholic background and added that their doctrine frowns on divorce.
She said:
‘If I got married, it will really do me good, but staying married isn’t an easy thing. It means you are completely in the dancing tune of your husband. It means you have found your soulmate because you will be able to stay a lot of disappointment that would definitely come, but again you have to learn to forgive and forget.’
