Retsa Consult is recruiting on behalf of a Corporate Llaw firm to fill a vacancy for the vacant position below in the litigation department:

Job Title: Associate (Litigation)

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• • Candidates should possess an LLB/BL and 5 to 8 years’ post-qualification experience in general commercial litigation.
  • Good research and legal drafting skills with a practical knowledge of the various rules of court is required.

• Experience in company law, financial regulation and loan recovery disputes will be an advantage.
• The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Partner in charge of Litigation
• The position is for innovative and proactive persons who are able to function with minimal supervision.
