World Soccer Ruling Body, NFF, Others Celebrate Finidi George @48

World soccer ruling body, the Federation of International Football Federation and Nigeria Football Federation have congratulated former Super Eagles winger Finidi George on the occasion of his 48th birthday.

His former club, Real Betis and LaLiga have also felicitated with him on the memorable occasion.

“A @NGSuperEagles #WorldCup legend! That celebration, though 😂🐕 Happy birthday to the one and only Finidi George! 🎂,” reads a tweet on FIFA’s Twitter handle with a video of his famous goal and celebration in Super Eagles 2-0 win against Greece at the 1994 World Cup in the United States of America.

The NFF tweeted:

The onetime Ajax Amsterdam winger was capped 62 times by Nigeria and scored six times.
