Embattled American singer R Kelly recently begged his fans to have pity on him ahead club performance in Springfield, Illinois.
The singer who has been in the news lately over s*xual assault allegations, has been under fire by the media and music enthusiasts across the world who believe he does not deserve to have his music played on any platform.

R-Kelly however took to his Instagram page on Sunday to address the media, asking them to tone down on their attack on him.
He said in the video:
“Yo, this is your boy Kells and I got an event to do tonight in Springfield, Illinois, so I want the media to take it easy on me, man.”
“This is how I got to get paid for right now. So if you see me in the club, with a couple of drinks in my hand, and chilling, please, take it easy.”
