Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo finally voted at hid Ward 11 unit 22, within Olusomi compound, Abeokuta, in Abeokuta North Local Government Area of Ogun State, three hours after voting had commenced in most polling units in Abeokuta, the state capital.
A statement by the APC Publicity Secretary in Rivers State, Senibo Chris Finebone, claimed that PDP thugs hijacked electoral materials at ward 6, 8, 16 and other areas. He also claimed that PDP thugs are chasing voters away. According to the statement, “Thugs of the PDP have been chasing our voters away, shooting sporadically.
