He urged the Commission to expand its enlightenment campaign to the various zones in the state in order to achieve greater impact.

In his response, the Benin Zonal Head, Mailafia Yakubu assured Ojo that the EFCC will not relent in its efforts at sensitizing and enlightening the Public on the ills of corrruption and the danger of engaging in internet fraud.

He said: “We recognise that prevention and education are key to winning the fight against corruption, hence the regular engagements with various stakeholders, especially impressionable young minds. “We have taken the campaign to schools – universities, secondary and primary schools, and churches.

“We will not relent in doing this, because Nigeria is for all of us and the young ones are our future leaders. “We need to guide them properly so that we can have a better future.”
